What happens after the project is confirmed?

Once you confirm the project, we will send you an invoice of 50% of the project cost to kick off. You'll also receive a Slack invitation which is dedicate to your project. We will also send updates every 1-2 days until the project is completed.

How do we keep in touch during the project?

After the kickoff, we add you to slack and share a Notion page which has the project broken down into tickets. We are also happy to communicate over email, text, or Whatsapp.

Do you design the websites as well?

Not currently but we have an incredible roster of design partners who we would be more than happy to connect you to!

What platforms do you use to develop websites?

We primarily use Webflow and Framer as they are easy to use and change content without needing support from us. If you would like the website to be developed on a particular platform, please let us know during our introduction chat!

Do you offer a retainer plan for Webflow and Framer maintenace?

Yes, we do! We generally offer this for our clients who have completed a custom project, but we are open to new clients. Our pricing starts here at $600 per month where you can send unlimited requests and we finish your requests one by one. Each request is usually done within 72 hours. You are free to pause the plan anytime you like!

What's your refund or cancellation policy?

If you are unhappy with our progress during the first week, you can let us know and we will be more than happy to refund you the deposit.
